Who would you be if you were fully in your body? Sexuality doula and sensualist Ev’Yan Whitney wants to introduce you to your sensual self and in celebration of their upcoming guided journal, Sensual Self. During this workshop, you’ll be guided into coming into your body and senses with questions to help spark curiosity and exercises to guide you into the practice of sensuality. There will Q&A, some gentle breathwork, and an invitation for you to begin exploring your sensual self.
