It’s Not a Phase: Understanding and Exploring Bisexuality

July 28 @ 6:00 pm 7:30 pm PDT

$15 – $25

This class will be held LIVE online via Zoom — Zoom links are sent out 3 days prior and then again 1 hour prior to start time. The class will be recorded (OR NOT) and available for a limited time shortly following the class. Registration deadline: 1 hour prior to class Pacific. No day-of cancellations.

What exactly is bisexuality? How can you know if you’re bisexual, and what’s next if you decide you are? In this class, Stella Harris will cover everything from assessing your desires, coming out (if you choose to do so) and even how to explore bisexuality within the context of a monogamous relationship.

Bisexuality is sometimes called “The Silent B” in the LGBTIA+ acronym, despite comprising the largest percentage of the queer community. Bi-erasure and biphobia are present not only in mainstream culture, but in gay and lesbian communities too, making information and support difficult to find. This class will debunk many common misunderstandings and stigmas that plague bisexuality, so this class is a great opportunity both for people who identify as bisexual (or bi-curious) and for folks who want to be better allies.

Stella Harris is an out and proud bisexual since the age of 17! Professionally she is a certified intimacy educator, professional coach, trained mediator, and published author focused on communication & relationships. Stella’s wide-ranging expertise has led to being featured on the evening news discussing the importance of sex education in schools, appearing as an expert wittness in court, and even speaking as an authority on banana slug mating habits.
