Most sex toys use either dimple port chargers or magnetic chargers.
Dimple Port - the long, tip of the charging cable gets inserted into a small hole in the toy. It can be tricky to locate since they usually appear far smaller than the charger tip. Unlike penetrative sex, if you feel some resistance while inserting, just keep pushing!

Magnetic port - locate the two silver dots on your toy and simply place the charging port against it. Magnetic charges are designed to disconnect if the cable is yanked to prevent damage to your toy.

The most common reason your toy stopped working is that you have turned on the travel lock. Many toys contain these functions to avoid vibrators going off unexpectedly at inopportune times. There’s unfortunately not a standard way to turn off travel lock, some toys need to be plugged into the charger to disable, others need to hold the power button for an extended time, and still others require you to hold down multiple buttons at once.
