The Romp Bass is a vibrating butt plug made of medical-grade silicone. It is rechargeable. The port is located on the handle below the logo. To charge it, you must use the provided cord in order to push through the silicone. You may feel some slight resistance. Once it’s correctly placed and plugged into a power source, you should see a blinking light. A full charge takes about 80 minutes and provides a 60-minute runtime. The Bass has a single button located on the handle. A quick click will turn it on and then cycle through its six intensities and four patterns. The Bass is waterproof and has a manufacturer's warranty. To turn it off, give that same button a long hold.
