We are pleased to announce our We Give Back Wednesdays organization for July: Self Enhancement, Inc.! Self Enhancement, Inc. (SEI) has been a change agent in the City of Portland, striving to meet the complex needs of youth and their families by helping them to overcome cultural, educational and economic barriers. SEI is the second largest minority-owned organization in the state of Oregon and serves over 16,000 youth and families annually.

For We Give Back Wednesdays in June, we’re excited to be donating to Black & Beyond the Binary Collective! BBB Collective’s mission is to offer leadership, healing, and safety for Black – African transgender, queer, nonbinary, two-spirit, and intersex (TQN2SI+) Oregonians.

Each Wednesday this April, 10% of our sales at She Bop will go to Call to Safety (formerly Portland Women’s Crisis Line). Founded in 1973, Call to Safety was one of the first five sexual violence crisis lines in the United States. Their mission is to end domestic and sexual violence by providing confidential support services and education to empower their community.

It’s We Give Back Wednesdays time again! During the month of March, we’re donating 10% of our sales on Wednesdays to North by Northeast Community Health Center, the only medical clinic in Oregon focused on African American health. North by Northeast is a non-profit organization providing welcoming, high-quality health care to uninsured and OHP-covered adults.

Welcome to the new year! Throughout the month of January, shop with us on any Wednesday and 10% of your purchase will go to Prism Health, a nonprofit health center in southeast Portland that offers safe, welcoming, and knowledgeable primary and mental healthcare for the LGBTQ+ community and beyond.
