Any form of unwanted pain during or after sex can be challenging and impact our enjoyment and pleasure. Pain can run the spectrum from acute to chronic, localized to referred, and everything in between. Come join pelvic health specialist Essie Neeway as she talks all things ‘sex pain relief,’ including: causes of pain, lube, orgasms, pelvic health conditions, emotions, traumas, and how to treat pain so that you can feel empowered to enjoy the best possible sex. This class is being offered in partnership with Mendwell Pelvic Health Clinic in Lake Oswego, OR.

Essie Neeway, PTA, PCES, is a mom of four, wife to one, and has been a pelvic health physical therapy specialist for the past decade. She specializes in sexual dysfunction as it relates to the pelvic floor and seeks to restore sexual function for all of her patients.

She Bop, in partnership with Mendwell Health, is offering this class as “pay what you can” in order to promote public health.
