Sex Ed QUICKIE: Eliminating People Pleasing

Most people want to give sexual satisfaction… but there’s a difference between giving and giving to deny your own needs. That’s called people-pleasing, and it will complicate and sometimes sabotage your sex life and personal life.
In this 45-minute QUICKIE class, we will get you past people-pleasing to better reach the full enjoyment of your sex life. We’ll dive into why people-pleasing occurs and how to enjoy sex without it.
Jessie Fresh is a recovering people-pleaser and licensed Sexual Empowerment Coach that specializes in Erotic Blueprint education. She helps her clients understand their unique arousal wiring so that they can experience magnetic attraction, sexual aliveness, and loving connection.
