How to Break Up: The Expert Guide to Loving Breakups

July 25, 2021 @ 5:30 pm 7:00 pm PDT

$15 – $25
Tuck Malloy

This class will be held online via Zoom — you’ll receive an email with access information prior to the event. While classes are LIVE in nature and by default not recorded, some educators have chosen to offer recordings of their classes to pre-registered attendees; please inquire for specifics of this event. Registration deadline: 2:30 p.m. PST on the day of class. No day-of cancellations.

Breaking up is hard to do. Breakups can cause as much emotional grief as losing a loved one, because often, that’s exactly what happens. But breaking up doesn’t have to destroy us; it can be a powerful transformation and an affirmation of love and connection. In this class, we will explore how to reframe our entire relationship framework so that breakups can be loving, supportive, and kind.

This is a class for you if…
1. You are going through a breakup and seeking meaning and guidance during this transition.
2. You are thinking about initiating a breakup with a partner.
3. You have gone through a breakup and you wish it went differently.

All relationships have a beginning, middle and end. In this class, certified holistic sex educator Tuck Malloy will guide you through how to create a healthy relationship with an ex, how to re-construct boundaries from scratch to keep yourself safe, how to build a loving relationship with yourself, and how to create NEW relationships in a way that supports all parties when the relationship ends. Don’t breakdown, breakup!

We’re offering 2 free class spots to folks with financial need; please fill out this form if you are interested. Two people will be chosen randomly and contacted at least 2 weeks prior to class to confirm.
