Sales Associate + Store Manager Opportunity

She Bop is a women-owned sex toy boutique specializing in body safe products and education. Our mission is to promote healthy and safe sexuality by offering quality products and educational workshops in a fun and comfortable environment. We are currently seeking two friendly, positive individuals with a desire to support our customers in our sex positive environment, to fill two positions: Store Manager and Sales Associate. Store Manager Position

We are currently seeking a Store Manager to manage all aspects of the daily operations of the retail sales floor and support our team at our Mississippi location. This position ranges from 35-40 hours per week with weekend and evening availability a must. Applicant must have reliable transportation to be able to meet the needs at either location. Position Overview:

  • Oversee all aspects of managing the sales floor including staff management, sales floor presentation, stocking, and merchandising
  • Be an example of and provide excellent customer service to all customers by working to solve their needs
  • Positively support team members and empower them to be successful, individually and within the team
  • Hold staff accountable for meeting the expectations of their positions
  • Manage and motivate staff to increase sales and ensure efficiency
  • Communicate openly and effectively with management team, staff and customers
  • Hire, train, review, and discipline sales staff and maintain employee files as needed with management team
  • Create, strategize, prioritize, support and monitor completion of each associates’ individual projects
  • Resolve staff issues and concerns and seek assistance from the management team as needed
  • Create and manage employee schedule according to payroll budget to ensure optimal coverage at proper times and to minimize overstaffing
  • Analyze sales figures, strategize and create sales goals for growth in conjunction with management team
  • Meet weekly with CEO and CFO to set weekly goals, review progress and receive additional training as needed

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

This position requires standing and walking for up to 10 hours per day. It also requires lifting a minimum of 25 lbs, bending, and climbing a step ladder during the shifts to complete the required tasks.

Sales Associate Position

This position ranges from 24-35 hours per week with weekend and evening availability a must. She Bop has two locations: one just off N Mississippi St and one on SE Division street.   • Communicate openly and effectively with managers, team members, and customers
  • Effectively and efficiently complete all projects assigned
